GENERAL PRESENTATION OF PCS GROUP

Due to its permanent desire for development, PCS has succeeded in diversifying its activities related to the construction area. Thus, in order to cover the entire array of products and services, two more companies were specialized within the PCS group, so that now the latter is one of the reference groups in the construction field from Romania.

PCS Group presently has 3 companies:

1. PCS: having as its main object of activity the execution of civil and industrial constructions. In the 18 years since it was founded, the company managed to become a prestigious brand in the construction industry from Romania;
2. Bucureşti Beton Sud: a company being mainly involved in the production and delivery of concrete and screeds;
3. IJF Drilling Tools: a company that performs drilling and concrete injection works by using its own machines and also rents its drilling equipment.

 

PCS PRESENTATION

PCS is a private company founded in 1994 having as its main object of activity the execution of civil and industrial constructions. PCS has specialized departments which perform infrastructure and special foundation works, road and highway construction works, excavations and exterior improvements, demolitions, pile and anchorage execution, machining and assemblage of ironworks, execution of PVC and aluminum joinery works, glazing and bond composite cladding works, one PCS Oil Camoil fuel station and the sale of construction materials. The company’s management is ensured by a team of very experienced specialists willing to implement the European Union market principles at all levels of the company.

The management concern has always been the establishment of measures and starting points to improve and control the entire activity, by ensuring consistency and coherence, discipline and rigor. Thus, the management has always made efforts to keep abreast of the system status, to detect difficult issues, to solve them and to continuously activate the quality system that can finally provide: the increment in productivity and efficiency, non-compliance and loss reduction, cost reduction, the increment of competitiveness and the fulfillment of customer requirements.

With a fleet of 150 vehicles and machines, 350 employees at the end of 2011, its own facilities - 30.000 square meters (external warehouses) and 8.000 square meters (production and storage spaces) and a turnover of Euro 28.694.761 at the end of 2011, PCS managed to successfully handle the major changes and meet the Romanian market requirements.
